Cape Coral, Florida to Texas. (8/28/2018)

Trip to take about 1 1/2 wks to 2 wks., take turns on watch, general upkeep and cleaning and repairs. .32'sailboat Lloyd's certified with lots of safety equipment.
1st leg is to Apalachicola, Fl. then on to Texas.
Volunteers only and share in expenses.
Need 1/2 person(s) 6 to 10 days approximately to go from Cape Coral to northern Florida to Texas .
Leave as soon as I get crew and get okay from meteorologist who advises sailors for weather.
Please respond only if interested.

I hold a 6Pak USCG License, I have owned a sailboat since 1988, retired military and now a RN

Looking for experience
Age 61
Health: excellent, strong, better than most people half my age.
Skills; Years of heavy construction experience, project manager, problem solver, handyman, world traveler.Basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, nursing school, CPR, Lifeguard WSI, Naui, excellent cook with experience feeding dozens of people, caterer, fluent English, Spanish and American sign language.

Sailing experience: Two weeks Greek islands on a 88 ft yawl called the Eblis, a rare 1903(piloting, cooking, old school nav with charts etc.) Coastal cruising in North Carolina on a 45 trimaran, Coastal sails on 40ft. in Costa Rica
Goals: My goals are to gain experience and learn enough to become a confident single -handled sailor of a boat I wish to buy and sail into my retirement.
Availability: In Florida: semi-retired, ready to go.
