Los Angeles to Koh Tao, Thailand - 2019-2021

Hello out there!

Jordan here, captain of a well appointed 46' Creekmore sloop, currently moored in Marina del Rey, (Los Angeles) CA.

Looking for fitting crew, with some experience on the water, to re-locate S/V MAX south of the boarder, whilst living aboard, for periods that I will be working, back in the states. The eventual goal is to traverse the SoPa, round Australia and land in the warm waters of south east Asia. The trip and it's full execution will take some time (2 years +/-), but will be well worth the adventure.

About myself. I am a 35yo gay male. That said, I have no expectations of the trip and am not looking for someone to come into the journey with the mentality that I'm looking for some "handsome rail meat."

I am NOT looking for that, or anything else that one might hastily assume from many of the past threads on here, posted by gay men looking for "crew". I'm looking for camaraderie and a common appreciation for the trip. My goal is to provide an opportunity for someone, female, male, gay, straight, young, aged or anything in between, that would not have not been possible or available to them otherwise.

Ascension of consciousness and experience in life is one of the purest gifts we can bestow one another. I would like to extend the welcome to a few individuals, to experience something that they may not have considered an option.

Please feel free to PM me with questions and I will be happy to provide further details of the proposed journey plan. I can send photos and videos of the boat so that you have a better idea of what we are proposing, and on what vessel.

Be well out there.

JB & S/V MAX

You are experienced preferably with offshore nautical miles in the sail resume, and/or mechanical aptitude skills or cook or play live music or all the above! Hey ask for what you want in life!

Skilled/hard-working/short of funds? We can work with this in a work exchange relationship. Sail plan from base is open and depends on crew interested.

Captain Bryon is gay and you don't have to be ... but being open and honest is a must. This is voyage making not hitchhiking on the ocean.

Chartplotting & WX passage planning skills a must. You are focused, calm under pressure with team building/communication skills. Owner and candidates interview each other. Unique experiences ahead for the right person(s).

Stay Calm SAIL On

Hi, my name is Amber, . I own my own Paliegic Pacific 30 sailboat that is moored in Sausalito California. I work in Northern Canada for the winter, but am free to sail anytime after Christmas. When I am not working I am sailing. have sailed to Hawaii and back from San Francisco, and sailed from Washington to Ketchikan Alaska in June of this year. R2AK. I have a similar trip in mind for myself, but would like to get more experience And retro fit my lovely home on the water.
I have traveled extensively in Southeast Asia and India. I am an experienced and capable sailor, and have a soul for adventure.
