Brown Searunner 37 Ishmael, USD $38,000

Canadian-Registered Brown Searunner 37 launched Vancouver in 1976. Built using epoxy resin throughout. Only two owners. First owner/builder sailed her to Hawaii, South Pacific, Australia, South Africa, and Grenada. Current owners, since 1987, have lived aboard and sailed her virtually continuously and are currently cruising her in the Bahamas. Both owners have maintained Ishmael in excellent condition her whole life.

Built exactly to plan with the Marples-approved 50' mast, the only significant change is the addition of an extremely functional hardtop creating a wonderful cockpit living space. No clambering through a wet cockpit to use the head on a squally night! The Searunner design makes living aboard for long periods comfortable and conducive to families and couples alike.

She is a weatherly sailor, easily single-handed, that has won several times in the Georgetown Cruising Regattas and leaves condo-marans in her wake.

If cruising on a proven boat in great condition is your dream, please contact us. Serious inquiries only, please, as we are busy living the life but will be happy to pass the sheets to you.

Not for sale in US waters.
