Prices of sold 1996 Hunter Legend 37.5

Does anyone have Soldboats access? What are 1996 Hunter Legend 37’s going for now? Is $48,000 a good price?

I don't have access, but looking at the ones for sale on Yachtworld, that would be towards the high end of asking price range. That being said, condition is everything....

I have access. Sold price between 1/1/2020 and now is from $72k down to $27k with $41-43 being about middle of a pack of 14 nationwide.

Obviously, the condition mostly dictates price. (I did drop the one outlier that sold for its asking price of $5k after 3900 + days on the market! Amusingly, its name is "Finally.")
