Wooden boat repair in Turkey

Anyone had a wooden boat repaired/refitted in Turkey? Am I right in thinking yards on the Black Sea are more reasonably priced than the Aegean?

Re: Wooden boat repair in Turkey

Forget the Black Sea. Turkey has many boatyards capable of doing a crap job. Their ´gulets’ are notoriously badly built and well hidden from rhe gullible tourists.... is the fact they turn turtle often and easily. There could be a good yard somewhere but I know none.
