Crew Wanted: Chef/Mate for Virgin Islands Term Charters

Position available for Chef / Cook / Mate on charter boat in the US Virgin Islands beginning October. This is a paid, liveaboard position with a 2 year contract. In addition to salary, expect VERY GOOD GRATUITIES commensurate with the quality of service provided. 3 months paid time off each year. STCW & US PASSPORT MANDATORY. Must be a skilled cook/chef, hard worker, low-key and easy to get along with in close quarters. Need to be healthy, active, neat and clean, apolitical, non-smoker, and preferably vegetarian (not a deal breaker). Sailing/yachting experienced is preferred, but fast-learning mermaids with culinary / hospitality skills are encouraged to apply. Is this position still available? I am not a mermaid, I have 40 years experience as a chef. Personally, I am an omnivore, but vegan/vegetarian is not foreign to me. I was a Sous Chefe in a Kashrut kitchen. While I do not expect that your boat would qualify, most people are not aware that a great deal of Kosher cooking relies on vegan principles. I would be interested in this position
