Monohull 30-40 Ft, high headroom Australia

G'day,

Been lurking around the traps for a while. I am chasing some information for a yacht with decent headroom in the 30-40ft range. I am 190cm so want something that's got decent headroom in the galley areas. Mostly so I'm not having to hunch over when walking around down below or when cooking etc. The initial goal would be to take it for small trips for a weekend to a week get used to sailing it and get a good idea for any changes to be made. Then strip the inside down to the bones and rebuild it to my liking then move aboard and start a circumnavigation of Australia.
