I am interested at the forum opinion of that boat. any kind of information would be in helpful.
Also interested at the forum opinion of :Hunter 45 ds 2010.
I consider buying a boat and going to see both.

these were the fastest bareboats every year in Antigua Sailing Week, and were in high demand. I got one, one year, and took fourth in the bareboat class. Got a third in the Guadalupe to Antigua race.. the boats were very heavily worn and ours leak badly at the deck hull joint aft, near the sugar scoop. Water would come in when we were sailing fast and throwing a big wake.

Fast and typical Med charter quality built. Otherwise identical with same style Bavaria, Bene, Jeanneau, Elan, etc.
