Re: Catalac 12m: Thoughts?

Without a doubt, the 12m was the best boat that Catalac produced. It was a very good interior design and was a very safe boat. The price today is a reflection on just how good these boats are, and how well they were built.

Heck, there are so few owners who decide to sell, that they must have done something right building these boats. There is one currently for sale in the Caribbean, which is the only boat I'm aware of for sale in proximity to North America

Re: Catalac 12m: Thoughts?

YES I know this is an old, old thread and the world has changed. But if there is anyone out there trying to get their hands on a Catalac 12M, we are reluctantly going to have to sell our boat Twisted Sheets.

It's a work in progress. Mechanically sound and seaworthy, but needs interior work finished and some minor non-structural Irma damage addressed. Mainly a bent stanchion and a broken solar panel.

Oh, and it's on the hard in Providenciales. So, already half way into the Caribbean. hundred miles north of Luperon.

But I figured if there is anyone looking for one of these and searching this forum for info, there really isn't any need to start the same old discussions all over again. Our boat is Sail # 25, the one before Angel Louise.

Let me know if there is any interest. We will be pricing to sell as we are unable to complete the interior etc.

Hello Canibul,

Are you still placing your Catalac 12m up for sale?

Thanks,
