companion way hunter 27 1980 era

I have recently bought a project 27 hunter, The reason to buy that boat it was on hard had a new beta 14 engine in a crate. The old engine was out and I had a boatyard put he engine in. I also replaced drive shaft stuffing box cutless brg. all filters and strainers fuel tank engine control cables.
The engine compartment was piled up in the box couple cups of screws. I had the boat hauled toy place after the engine work. I am working on putting steps and companion way together. I have figured some of it out by looking at stains and shadow marks and screw holes. I know some of the small brace pieces are gone but all the major pieces are there. I have the side by the sink in but the other side is giving me fits. The platform fits all right on sink side but is not wide enouph to other side there is no screw holes on that piece that sides in to form a compartment over the battery compartment. I have no pictures or any thing to look at any pictures would be great. I am 50 miles west of Atlanta
