Navionics iPhone ap

While using the application on my phone to input a route I somehow lost all of my navigation data - beacons, depths etc., and have only got the basemap. I have tried reloading maps and even reloading the ap. Has anyone else experienced this problem and know hoe to resolve it, since I have nearly a year left on my subscription. Thanks for any help.

Make sure you're logged in. Then contact Navionics support if necessary.

Thanks for your reply. I contacted Navionics. Got no reply, but two days later my charts suddenly became available again. Weirdest thing! So I have stopped stressing.

Lance from Navionics UK is most helpful! I would suggest giving him a call to trouble shoot!

Intriguing - the timing of your problem coincides with my troubles with the free trial and downloading charts, etc. I had no immediate response to my questions, but it solved itself a day or two later, then I got a reply from tech support apologizing for the delay and noting that they had been through a busy period.

Methinks something at their end crashed and it took a couple of days to get back to full performance. Pure speculation, but it fits the symptoms.
