Intriguing - the timing of your problem coincides with my troubles with the free trial and downloading
charts, etc. I had no immediate response to my questions, but it
solved itself a day or two later, then I got a reply from tech support apologizing for the delay and noting that they had been through a busy period.
Methinks something at their end crashed and it took a couple of days to get back to full performance. Pure speculation, but it fits the symptoms.
