Thinking about buying one.
Have limited knowledge in regards of swing keel maintenance.

Generic advise on the 41' Jeanneau Sun Legende very welcome.

May be someone can give me little insight.
1. Bottom cleaning - how swing keel and haul's surrounding area accessible for cleaning?
2. How often I have to haul out for maintenance and(or) cleaning?
This might be area specific - Pacific Coast/Sea of Crtez Mexico
3. How swing keel complicates bottom paint job. I hope I don't have to drop the keel out for the bottom job. Do I?
