Importing boat from Europe to Vancouver, BC
I'm importing a small boat from Europe to Vancouver, BC. Do I really need customs brokers? If yes, any recommendations?

I've bought three in France over the past 15 years and had shipped to the US. The broker handled everything. There is documentation and I paid 1.5% duty, as I recall, but didn't use a customs broker.
