Sorry, I was not clear. You are correct that this boat has a stud and nut. I was referring to the newer ones. I don't know if the studs in this vintage are cast in place or threaded in, if they are, they should be removable.

Well done Laureate. Has the extractor survived 7 bolts. Sure isn’t the Canadian Tire model. Must be worth a bundle. Are you using locktite blue or do you have other recommendations.

No worries. It’s great to have Laureate on real time. Pulling studs from anything isn’t easy. I’m comfortable on old engines pulling one but would call a pro for these. I have a newish Jeanneau and haven’t looked to be honest. I guess they are buried in glass.
They should do a You Tube Video.

The bennys and bavarias catalinas Juneau’s delivered to Australia all new none have the keels attached ,it’s a job for the commissioner’s,my yard has done a number of all ,NEVER have we slathered glass and resin over the top finished job,including remaval and replacing keels and keel bolts ,glassing over the bolts or studs is verry poor practice ⛵️⚓️
