Yacht Wreck Belize 1990

This is a long shot but I’m searching for the owner or crew of a yacht that hit the reef off St. George’s Caye Belize circa 1989/1990. The yacht was subsequently refloated minus its wooden main mast which someone had quickly sawn off. The crew were rescued by the British Army team on St. George’s.
If this rings any bells with anyone I would really appreciate information.

St Georges Caye has many long term residents and home owners. Someone is bound to remember. Get in touch with St Georges Lodge. The current owners are relatively new, but they may can put you in touch with the original owner or other locals who may know.
