Want To Buy: Cari-Craft catamarran houseboat

Cari-Craft catamarran houseboat wanted to buy. This retired world sailing cruiser couple with spent wanderlust and aging joints are hoping to spend more time enjoying a still and serene Bahamian mooring on a houseboat. We are partial to the sturdy, roomy and seaworthy looking Cari-Crafts.
If you hear of one available, we would appreciate hearing from you.

You're welcome. Here's another idea. This isn't a Cari-craft, but similar design (better?) but at a totally different price range. I just think it is a beautiful boat, and wish it was a motor sailor. And if it was, I might not be sharing it here. Good luck with your hunt.

thank you again rennsail--we agree with you, for what's not to love about that last boat, but it is out of our price range, and we are looking for more of something for mainly the pair of us two liveaboard old fogies.

Thanks for your kind input renn... there was a sweet Carri advertised in Ladysmith BC & priced in the 50's...if it could be more easily brought to SE USA we likely would have considered it.

thanks so much kind Rennsail for your thoughtful head's up re the Tennessee Carricraft for sale on Facebook. I dropped out of that site so was unable to download the pics and unfortunately "Sandi Lea Milford" did not reply to my text to the number given in her ad. If you are able to upload the pics and forward them to me I would be most grateful. We are still interested in Carricrafts but also looking at seaworthy, <4ft draft houseboats ~45-55ft with lots of big windows to give lots of light and air suitable for living aboard in the warm Bahamas. A scoop prop shaft design and diesel engine(s) would be really super, should you happen to come across such.
