Boat restoration partnership?

Not sure this is the right forum to ask.

I am contemplating partnership(s) to restore a unique sailing yacht 1982 C&C Custom 62' to today's standards. The estimated conservative target value is about $400K, there is lots of work to be done and money to be spent to get her there. The timeline to complete restoration depends on funds and available skills, currently estimated to have her in the water by spring next year. Fully seaworthy by 2021?.

The partnership will be through shares in a corporation that is set up to own/manage the vessel. So there is a way to monetize the investment e.g. when the shares sell.

The boat is currently on the hard in MD. Due to the size, that is where most of the work will be done.
