South Asia to spend winter time

I'm looking a crew who would like to spend winter time from 15 of November to 15 April cruising on my X-372 yacht from South Korea to Okinawa spend a month in Naha then sail to Taiwan, spend some time there, then Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam and then back to South Korea in April. Expenses share between the crew. 2-3 people maximum, or boat coule be rented for winter time.

I've been aboard 6 trips off of this forum and am currently in Laos and may be interested.

What months do you plan to be in what areas?

You said you plan to spend a month in Naha, do you not plan to move around much in general?

Do you spend much time in marina's etc?

Can you tell me a little bit more about your typical day to day?

What exact expenses do you require of your crew?

Thanks!

Re: South Asia to spend winter time

Hi

I don't have a strict schedule, it is getting cold in South Korea and if I don't find a crew until the end of November then the boat will stay all winter in Korea. We could plan the trip all together. I'd like to visit Okinawa because I like Japan, Taiwan (Keelung), Phillipines (subic bay) then Vietnam (Nha Trang) then maybe Malaysia (Tioman island). I like fishing, swim, enjoy sailing, listen music and enjoy good food. Expenses per person on food, fuel and mooring per month about 600-700 USD.

A little too much in the expense department for me, but looks like a good trip though!

I don't think that 20 bucks per day is too much.

Re: South Asia to spend winter time

What is the breakdown of the $600-700USD per month?

My experience has been if the captain isn't providing the food, the crew usually just buy their own food, not shared?

Do you motor a lot or wait for the right wind?

How often do you plan to grab a mooring ball or stay in a marina etc?

Re: South Asia to spend winter time

Well let me know the answers to above that I posted yesterday as I may still consider this trip.

Otherwise I plan to just get my Vietnam Visa tomorrow or the next day and go there for 3-6+ months.

Thanks
