38' x 14' x 2'9". Aluminum construction. Designed by Scott Jutson - you'd have to discuss whether he could fit that into 36' if that was an outer limit.
Since the OP is looking for a used boat to keep the price down, why would he discuss with the designer if he could make a design for a 36' model?

That doesn't sound like a cheap used boat.

Interesting boat though.

Ah yes, you're right. I stumbled over the grammar in the first sentence and didn't catch "used". My apologies.

Re: Liveaboard Power Cats in the 30 to 36ft range,, are there any?

If you look on inautia, there's quite a number in Europe... Greenland 34's, Highland 35's, Catana, Flashcat 435's, and then a number of the other bigger and more expensive FP's and Lagoon 43. Quite a range.
I don't doubt that the charter fleets in the Caribbean would have some coming out of service too, although they may be tired they are often cheap(er). Unfortunately probably very few in the less than 36ft range as they aren't particularly successful in charter vs the larger craft. Perhaps an older Leopard 37?
