I would like to add a small MW or MW/Convection
to my 30' Pearson
space is, of course, limited, and currently there is no "convenient" nook or shelf for installation
For now, the MW will be limited to use at marinas
using AC. No long-distance cruising yet. I do have a pure sine 1500 w inverter
to be installed "soon."
Question 1: generally, is the convection oven
worth the extra cost and size?
Depends on what food
I plan on cooking
. But generally speaking-
Question 2: is storing the MV and then bringing out for meals
a good idea?
Even the smaller MW have a relatively large foot print, and they
all require adequate space to "breathe."
