Where to find salvaged parts - looking for a replacement cockpit table

Hi! I recently purchased a Lagoon 421. I am looking for a full size cockpit table as ours only has the surfboard shaped little coffee table. Where might I go to find something like this? Thanks in advance!

The biggest yard for salvaged boat parts that I know of is the one near Clearwater. But, a table doesn't sound like a likely salvage item. You may be better off making your own or hiring a cabinet maker.

You could try boatersresaleshopoftexas.com . If they don't have what you need today, they might tomorrow. They have pretty good turnover sourcing parts from thousands of boats around the Houston area.

+1 if you hire someone, make certain you have a good idea of what you want and function.

We were going to have someone make a drop leaf salon table for us. Before the build, we looked at the design and the leaves were not big enough for normal full size dinner plates. We ended up building it ourselves and eliminated the drop leaves for better function.

A few months ago I was in ft lauderdale and went to Sailorman to see if they had any used sail bags

I noticed that they had several high quality used yacht tables

Nice stuff

Woodworker can make one. Antique table tops are a possibility too. What shape is it?

A table is stone simple to make, I would make my own so I get what I want.

100% agree w/your comment, but many don't have the tools, wood working skills, etc. to do the job.

Hey nomad, where are you located in FL? There are a couple of shops on the East coast that I know of - Sailorman in Fort Lauderdale, and Marine Connection in Fort Pierce - that might have something suitable. I also happen to know of a table just removed from a SeaRay in my marina in Palm Beach Gardens that the guy just wants to get rid of. Don't know if it would fit your Lagoon, but it might be worth taking a look. If you're interested send me a PM and I can put you in touch with the guy.

Regards,
David

I believe Lagoons are set up for the table and legs to be interchangeable. I’d rather have full tables in both salon and cockpit and stow the small legs and coffee table for when I’d want to swap (depending on what I need at that time). Step dad is a woodworker and this would be super simple as he is used to conference tables, bar tops and more. Might have to ask the favor but was checking other options first. These are the tables https://imgur.com/a/cLvwl4X

And obviously I’d need another set of tall legs.

Now in the Chesapeake headed for Annapolis for the season but have connections in Ft Lauderdale who could grab something for me if needed. Not sure if it would work - I’d have to look into it and if it might - I will def PM, thanks!
