Charleston SC Marinas? 38 ft sailboat.

Looking for recommendations for a marina vicinity of Charleston SC for a 38 ft sailboat beam 12 and draft 4. Best would be a place where I could do some work on boat in water without annoying authorities. Thanks in advance.

I’ve seen work being done in most of the marinas around Charleston so unless your doing some major construction(maybe removing teak decks for example) I don’t think working on your boat will be an issue.
