1985 Catalina 36mki with less than 1300 hrs on original engine. All original rigging a sails but great shape. Located anchorage marina. Has dodger, Bimini, stack pack. All canvas is aprox 5 years old. Cockpit cushions. New (2019) Cpt autopilot also a tiller master backup autopilot. New head 2019 and batteries 1 new 2019 1 in 2017. Some new running rigging. 8000 btu portable air conditioner. 19 inch flat screen tv/dvd combo. Everything works. 6 gal water heater. New hoses on engine this winter new alternator 2019. Ready to go sailing. . All paperwork from original. Super nice we have just outgrown fin keel 5ft 8 inch draft. 541 Garmin chartplotter. And a survey done about 15 months ago

I have had it for 2 years. I’m 3rd owner. The guy I bought it from bought it in 1987. It spent whole life til I got it in rock hall md. It also has fridge.

I’m sure there’s still plenty I’ve forgotten to add but it has a 2000 watt inverter (cheaper one but works good), a 3.5hp 2 stroke outboard and a west marine 310 dinghy. Holds air but the pontoons are coming loose from fiberglass needs reglued. Also new uv cover on headsail this winter. I also have all original paperwork.

This boat also has a new 3 inch heat exchanger. Not even installed yet. Hope to get it on in a few weeks.
