Hey everyone!
I've been reading up for a bit now and I'm blown away by the information available here... not just on sailing and cruising in general, but also how much info and experience this community has with specific models of vessels!
With that in mind, I figured I'd ask before I pull the trigger on a
purchase.
She's a 1984
Morgan, 45'5" listed on the title.
It needs some
work, and I'm comfortable with the
price. Not here to ask if it's a good deal.
What I don't know is how she
sails or what to expect.
Anyone here have experience with this model/year or can offer some feedback on this particular style/size of vessel?
I spend a bit of time in the
Caribbean, so my intent is to keep a yacht at one port or another between my trips. I am currently able to free up approximately one week per month to spend on the ship, hopefully bouncing from one port to the next, with the intention of eventually spending a lot more time sailing - hopefully through
Panama and up the
West Coast of
California, maybe even a full
circumnavigation if life is kind enough to me.
