As regards repairs, these are all cosmetic but you need to judge for yourself:
1. The toe-rails need attention and there is damage to a small length adjacent to the after deck
2. One deck cleat is damaged
3. The guard rails need attention
4. There is a small tear in the cockpit cover (which is almost new)
5. There is a crack in the windscreen of the hard-top. This occurred during a lift-out and has been present for over 1,000 NM. It is a laminated screen and it survived two lift-outs and a sail from Portland to Cowes in a Force 7 so I guess it is safe enough. However, it doesn’t interfere with pilotage but it is unsightly. We love the hard-top but it can be replaced with a ‘canvas’ dodger should you wish.
6. We have canvas covers for the main and aft coach roofs but these are in a terrible state and were to be replaced. They are important for keeping the UV off the varnish and we have the cloth. These will not now get made but we will include the cloth in the sale.

Listed extras(lots of extras not mentioned)
2 man plastic tender with 2 wooden/plastic paddles
bison 40lb thrust electric trolling motor and brand new battery. (works great on the tender and is very lightweight + not petrol/noise)
this has its own small solar panel to help with topping up the battery to the electric motor

x4 Crewsaver 165n Automatic life jackets (brand new still in packaging apart from two which I have examined and are in great order) retail new is £349 for jackets and service kit

x1 120w solar panel and receiver
x1 150w solar panel and receiver

Beautiful Boat and with some cosmetic work she would be stunning.
I bought this boat 2 Months ago with a plan to sail the world. But I recently passed my teaching qualification and found a job so my plans have changed.

I do not wish to trade.
Please don't hesitate to make an offer. All offers will be considered as sale is urgent. (she came out of the water on the 1st of July so transport/work would be easier. as she is wooden the sooner she gets back to the water the better)

Re: Santa Maria III Hillyard 13 Ton 37' Cruiser £9,500/ price is not fixed

*UPDATE*
I have been able to get down to the boat today to get some pictures of the Toe-Rail to give you an idea of what needs to be done (it is mainly only a few sections that needs replacement, the rest of it would just need the paint taking of as it's flaking and some treatment to the wood.

As you will see in the photos below. They're are rust stains but this is easily cured.

The Anti-Fouling was done 1 year ago but looking at it today for the first time since the lift out I would suggest it would need doing but I'm no expert so ill let you judge for yourselves.

Due to me not having the funds/time to be able to complete the task of anti-fouling and the urgency of her needing to return to the water, I am further lowering the price to £5500.

Yeah link works now. I'm interested in your boat but I don't see how I could get into UK from USA right now.
