Temporary live aboard in San Diego area

I expect to be getting a new to me trimaran ready to go to Hawaii in a month or so and would like recommendations on a reasonably priced marina that allows temporary live aboards and is near chandleries in the San Diego area.

I was in Sun Harbor Marina for about 6 months a while back. It was the cheapest I could find then that was within easy walking distance to all the chandleries. Good eats nearby, too. You're probably more in the category of a transient rather than a liveaboard. Not sure that matters though...
