Those look like Oceanair blinds. The parent company is now Dometic, I believe. Perhaps they sell spares?

The blinds can be taken apart quite easily by undoing first the four screws in the corners. Afterwards the entire thing can be disassembled by prying apart the four sides gently. Maybe all it needs is to be neatly rolled up again?

I guess they are the default which comes with Lagoons, is lagoon sourcing these from that company?

Lagoon certainly did not make them. They're Oceanair new-style blind/flyscreen cassettes, and they're made in generic sizes that fit common hatches - 30, 40, 44, 50...

I can't tell from your photo, but yours may not actually be broken and in need of replacement. Sometimes all that's needed is to gently disassemble and roll them up again, and they're fine.

A new one costs on the order of 120 euro, for that size.

Have a look under those four small plastic caps in the corners. There's a screw hiding behind each one. Undo the four screws, carefully, since they're probably all that's holding the cassette against the liner. Sometimes they also use tiny squares of double-sided tape to hold the cassette in place. It is all quite mechanically simple.

Definitely Oceanis. We took ours apart and cleaned them with a little bit of spray Clorox cleaner and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (would die without those on the boat. Let dry thoroughly before rolling back carefully. Not sure where you are, but Bacon in Annapolis sells replacement parts.
