The length from tip to tail is 3 feet 10 inches. The length from the mid point of the propeller shaft to the mid point of the shaft to the engine is 2 feet 11 inches.

Dear Foxtrott, many thanks to you for your help, but the drive is to short for the boat, I would need the the 1 or 1,2m (shaft to shaft) type.
