We would consider trading up for a min. 4 cabin, 47 ft + post 2005 boat - Bavarias excluded!

Is this a two cabin or three?

I'm curious as to your opinion on Bavaria's?

I do apologize - it's the 3 cabin, 1 head version.
There is just not enough quality in Bavarias in my humble opinion.
best regards

I'm guessing you found your current boat too small?

Yes, we want to do a RTW circuit starting September 2019 and it's about time to buy new (to us) boat - our current 39.3 is just a tad too small. We are kinda divided between a Bene 473 and a Lagoon 380 cat; time will tell. We have a serious prospective buyer hauling her out at Alimos marina next Tuesday for survey so fingers crossed :-)

Okay I am new to cruising this will be my first purchase. I am looking at 39-44 newer 2005 and newer.

From your experience of the people you have run into, do cruisers prefer the 3-4 bedroom or the 2 bedroom owners version?

I just got back from a two week trip there, I love visiting Greece. I can see why you already have an offer. You seem to have priced it correctly.

From my perspective, there are a lot overpriced boats on the market.

Thanks for your time.

I guess it kinda depends on how much time you want to spend down below and how many of you will be sailing at the time. Sure it's nice to have this big owners cabin, but we found our 3 cabin version perfectly adequate. Mostly you hang out in the cockpit anyway. One thing to keep in mind is that in the Med it really pays to have the boat below 12m as the fee difference can be substantial.
