Where does my sink drain

I have a Pearson 272 1989 That I am restoring I noticed that the galley sink drains To a stop kock below the waterline Also my Cooler Has a drain that doesn't drain and I cannot find where it goes Do not have the schematics for the plumbing

Sink drains overboard via seacock (good idea to install check valve if sink is close to the waterline or remember to close the seacock while underway). Cooler probably drains into the bilge.
