For Trade: Hilton Head Home Time for Catamaran Time

Curious if there may be any interest amongst the cruising community here in a potential time swap/barter deal. We trade time in our 3/2 private home (an actual home, not a timeshare or condo) in the Sea Pines resort on Hilton Head Island, SC USA for time on a modern, well-maintained (2010 or later) 40'+ catamaran.

I am thinking a few weeks in 2021. We'd provide our own commercially licensed captain and deposit and you'd provide a deposit too. We'd both sign some sort of agreement between us.

If your curious about what it may be like to live on Hilton Head, this may an interesting way to satisfy your curiosity. We'd not necessarily need to do the "swap" simultaneously nor at one of the marinas on Hilton Head, but it would certainly make things easier if it all could be arranged. A Southeastern US marina would likely be a requirement in these times of COVID.
