Boat Share in the Exumas (Bahamas)

Hi, all. My husband and I are interested in sharing a sailboat that's based in Georgetown, Exumas in the Bahamas as we can only sail it for a short portion of the year. Last year, we sailed a 21' Sea Pearl through the Exumas for 10 days and can't wait to explore more! Our experience includes sailing for a year across the Pacific, sailing the Inside Passage, sailing in Mexico, and 10 years sailing the lakes in our homestate of Montana.

We've seen a few other "boat shares" for sale, but none that are still available. Ideally, we would like to share a 25-35' sailboat with a swing keel or shoal draft. Our questions:

1) Would anyone who CURRENTLY owns a boat in the Bahamas be interested in sharing their boat for 1-2 months/year in exchange for payment? (This could be one-time set fee + yearly storage/maintenance costs, or annual set payments.)

2) Would anyone be interested in BUYING INTO a boat share if we buy a sailboat? This could be up to 5 other couples, depending how many months each part-owner would want to spend on the boat.
