These roomy centre cockpit designs are ideal for extended cruising in comfort, yet nimble enough to enjoy a good turn of speed under sail. We spent 7 winters taking her as far south as Grenada, as well as enjoying 2 summers in the Chesapeake and North East, before bringing her to Lake Ontario. For a variety of reasons, we are not able to use her enough to justify the ongoing costs (storage,slip, insurance, etc.).

There were about 8 of these boats on Yacht World last year priced from about $77k to over $90k, and about 4 of them sold (those listed at the lower price range). Currently, there are about 4 left, listed at the same price range. So, we are offering her at about 2/3 rd of the lower price point to encourage a sale.

Any prospective buyer who is familiar with the market for similar 36' sailboats by Beneteau, Catalina, or Hunter, will recognize that she is offered at an extremely aggressive price point. Time is running out for an inspection and offer!

Our tentative plan is to launch her the last week in August, and move her closer to our home where it is practical for us to undertake the equipment upgrades mentioned on our web site, over the fall and next spring. And to list her with a broker next spring

Since we have offered to reduce the price to reflect the upgrades we have not completed, this will be the last opportunity for a new buyer to make their choice of equipment and location!
