Crew Available: Going to Caribbean? Jan 2020

My wife and I (46 and 48) are looking for some adventure. We are looking to help out on a voyage to the Caribbean in Jan-Feb time frame.
We are adjustable from a few days to a week and a half.
I am a OUPV Captain and she has a little experience.
I was a work-boat, FRB, and Tug boat Instructor for years all over the planet...but to be honest I never worked on a sailboat. We had a small 24 foot sailboat on a freshwater lake in the Midwest. but never on the ocean.
