How to connect Yanmar 4JH5E to NMEA 2000

Does anyone know what is required to connect a Yanmar 4JH5E to the B&G NMEA 2000 network. I am trying to get the engine data (water temp, oil, etc) to my Vulcan 7.

Thanks
Paul
