I would through it out and switch to propane. We had a fire on board mid Atlantic with a Taylor’s parrafin/kero stove.
Now on board we try to minimise the use of such volatile fluids as meth.

We have a L42 and use a Rocna 33 as primary anchor. In 9 months cruising last year (Queensland coast) and only 6 nights in a marina, we found the Rocna held great. Always slept well !

Its in your transmission. A broken or worn part. Cannot remember the tech terms, but it requires the replacement of a small part, selecting the gear. Took a mechanic an hour to fix mine

I remember a large charter boat that moved between US east coast and the USVI seasonaly. Two of the girls who worked in the galley wrote and passed the exam. Got their "captains licence"

Cant help with you water tanks. Ours are plastic.
We do have a build up of black fungal matter in the aluminium diesel tanks which we intend attacking with biocide.

Agree with dwightsusan above. To avoid all the blood we gave the fish a small shot of cheap Caribbean rum. They usualy shiver for a moment then are dead and marinated too !!!
