p.s. I found a new timing cover and pan at a place called Farmland Tractor in Albany Oregon. I did have to machine the cover to fit the sea water pump.

my 4108 front cover and oil pan had pinholes in them. I did the seal and gasket thing as well.. and it still leaked. that's when I discovered the pinholes. right below the sea water pump dripping...

they are the end attachments for an inspection camera. one should have a mirror at 45° one will have a magnet in the end and the other a hook. I have the same set.

I use weld tint remover from the welding supply store. it's a thickened nitric acid paste. simply paint it on with an acid brush, wait 30 min then rinse it off. it completely removes all the rust...

if you look at the pics closely there is pin running thru the socket holding the two square pins. the jack screws are opposite each other which means they push the two pins only one direction. there...

if you have an expansion tank with its own pressure cap you can put it in line with radiator hose...or anywhere just make sure the cap on the radiator is rated a couple of psi higher than the cap on...

The coolant recovery system works in conjunction with the radiator cap. using the fitting attached to the radiator cap. it allows for expansion of the coolant. if you look at your radiator cap it has...
