You may want to look into a Public Adjuster, a surveyor, and a lawyer. None are cheap and the surveyor will be an out of pocket up front cost to you! Try running a Google search with this" Public...

My dream for many years has been to move on board once the kids were out of school. As it turns out, we live in Colorado Springs at 6500' and my wife has to get back to sea level for health reasons....

We have guaranteed employment. We have been setting it up that way for years and it's recession proof, We just don't have allot banked! My wife is settling from a larger boat - Damn boat shows!
