Based on what that website says, I should be relatively safe if I stick to the bvi's, or the Cuba/Jamaica/Dominican republic areas...I would hope!

So you're saying most loopers head south from chicago to new orleans and then north up the east coast?

As for exxon loving me, I believe it! But it won't seem as bad for me as diesel up in Canada...
