The hull number is engraved/moulded on the aft port topside, just in front of the rubber cover moulding that runs around the sugar scoop.

Ours is 14 years old & no longer looks real “cool”, as I’ve hand stitched a fair bit of it, but the wife much prefer the extra grip it offers, especially when steering down hill in bigger seas.

If you wanted to go for an excellent certified SHH Aussie anchor, my pick would be a 36 or 40kg Sarca Excel. We have been using a 30kg Excel on our L380 for the past 5 years with great confidence.

Slowly! I would use a chain hook with a long enough line to reach a winch from the bow roller. Winch up as much a you can, then use another chain hook or snap shackle to hold it, then keep repeating....
