My lap top pulls 45 watts, but I would just charge it when its off... but again that would be a bonus... I might just stick with Ipad, smartphone and batteries AA for portable GPS ... ...

On my OPEN CPN, version 4 something I believe... at different zooming, the names of places and other things are showing up twice, which makes it look really crowded and messy... how...

Great, thx for this.. it is a little bit more recent, more detailed.. but as what I found previously... it is for boats up to 65 feet !
I need something for 81 feet....

Yes, that would be a privately owned vessel . It is actually not owne by a private person, but rather by an environmental organization. But what is clear anyway is the fact that yes it is...
