I use both Citi and Schwab. Both have a decent online portal, can provide checks (still sometimes handy), handle international wire transfers, and provide debit and/or credit cards which you can use...

Boat or House - I buy online a 5 kilo bucket of Citric Acid Powder to clean out calcium deposits or uric acid. Stir some into hot water - let sit 30 minutes - then any residues should come off...
