When I had my boat chartered, if it was chartered one week a month I would lose money, if it was two weeks basically break even, three weeks in profit, four weeks is where the cream is.

Easy job for anyone a bit handy. Having said that, the biggest problem is removing, dissembling, assembling, and reinstalling propellers depending on what you have.
