I was curious about you 1 fathom depth just looked at the chart Chart no 11322 shows a depth of between 1 and 3 ft.

I fish out there and get stuck with a shallow sport fishing boat sometimes, that draws 8”
Just stay in the Intracoastal and you will be fine.

I would think the IPC is equivalent to ICC but I would send a copy to the Charter agency and have them confirm it in writing

That’s not the case pipe od is fixed by a standard. The id changes according to the wall thickness.
The nominal size of a pipe equates to a historical id but od is alway fixed according to Ansi...

Are your stations pipe size or tube size?

OP is looking for pan head not hex head.
3/8 x 3” is pretty large for pan head. Bolt depot ( google them)carries them in 18/8 (304), no 316. Or you can go hex as the previous poster suggested.

We are similar situation UK permanent residents.
Have had 3 boats state registered in Texas, been boarded in Kemah Texas by homeland security and on a different occasion by USCG no issues.

Don’t think anyone in USVI gives a rats arse about RCD.
As suggested else where empty everything you can from the lockers and clean them. Rent a small trailer to put your stuff in if need be ...

Have you thought about a Hurricane damaged boat. My insurance company sold Cheorae for $30k The water maker and Electric winches were brand new and worth that. She hadn’t sunk, damaged on the Hard....

You need to ask around for a machine shop with a “centerless grinder”
They can hold tolerance of 1/1000” if needed but you don’t need that accuracy.
No length restrictions on centerless machines.
