Re: Where to put a 20m steel yacht on the hardstand?
I’m from Melbourne and Melbourne is a very large city. Let us know where the yacht is located and I’ll tell you what I know about being able to help and where it may be able to be moved to.

Re: The most popular dinghy size
Much better to plane ashore than bogging in at 3 knots with waves splashing up over the front. A planing dinghy goes so much faster and lets you explore up rivers and shallower waters without long...

Maybe take a look at the series of "Sailing Zatara" videos on Youtube. The boss Renee really doesn't enjoy their galley down and generally does not do cooking when underway. She prefers to make...

The most popular dinghy size
What do you think would be the all-time ever most popular tender size?
I was thinking maybe 2.5 or 2.7m...?
There's so many options now and I notice so many are coming out with aluminium hulls....

Re: Red light at night is a MYTH?!??!
Red light is used because it doesn’t reflect off the windows, or certainly at least not anywhere near as much as other aircraft.
It’s used in aircraft for this reason and also we had red light in...

Why is that? Is there advice from the government to not do this? Do you realise that the majority of products you buy actually come from China?

Don't forget Brian, in Victoria they need a valid reason to pull you over and a "random" licence check isn't really a valid reason, unless they have been specifically tasked to do so. You can kick...

Canary appear to charge $10 a month for storage.
So you're up for $200? plus data ($150p/a in Aus) and that's for one camera only. It's up there in terms of price.
I'm looking at cheaper...

Presumably you're referring to a solid bottom glass or alloy inflatable.
You need more than 10hp to plane a soft bottom with more than 2 people usually.
