W10: - shouldnt all 'user' related data be in ~/ProgramData/OpenCPN rather than ~/Program Files...

Update: situation today
2.4.0 is still on the official download site
2.4.6 is what gets installed with the beta 5.1.xx, but not obvious as only "2.4" is displayed

Maybe changing version to 2.5...

At the moment I am testing with mbtiles and multizoom as they are so much easier to pass on for different systems, although I am aware of the reduced color depth to kaps.
