Re: Television Mount

I am not sure why my question would raise such a negative discussion. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I have been sailing since I was 17 and have had our current boat for 15 years. An...

Re: MS2000 Dealer Programing

I have read the manuals. Unfortunately, I have the MS 2000 and not the SW 2000. I read your link to the SW and tried it but it doesn't work on my unit.

Thanks though.

I had my first set of Northstar slimline AGMs installed when we commissioned the boat...

Re: MS2000 Dealer Programing

I'm sitting at my nav station and it is right here.

When I go to "Batt Type", rotate through Flooded, AGM etc to go to "custom" and then hit enter, it just "jumps back" to Battery type.

I do have the screen. I do see the "custom" setting but it will not allow me to go in to see or change anything. According to the manual, if not set by the dealer or service center, the custom...

I have been looking into this as well. I currently have both a Sailor 150 broadband as well as an Iridium set-up with a Beam RST 310 Docking station. I started out with the Iridium set up and then...

Re: Urgent help needed to recover abandoned yacht NW Barbados

I realize that. Some stuff is quite handy and meets superior specs although you end up paying for it. Dielectric grease is cheaper.

Re: Urgent help needed to recover abandoned yacht NW Barbados

We are planning on buying the new Inreach when it comes available soon for our Pacific crossing to supplement things.

That said, there are plenty of water resistant USB and 12 volt adapters out...

That said though, and this is...
