Brought my brother & his wife down from Langkawi to help me get the boat done.

2 weeks of supplying room and board adds up - LOL...

Cheaper than yard labor for sure...

Not to be a pessimist but have you worked this out fully?

The second pull line will start by running under the boat so at first you will be lifting with the top pull until it is close to laying on...

Good call - Get healthy. I am feeling a bit pf pressure just getting my haulout done by end of October. I keep saying, "lot's of time." But really it's only 5 more weekends - 10 more days...
