By all means use the best surveyor you can find but it is their job to find problems AND THEY WILL because that's their job and what you are paying for. Obviously not all findings noted on the...

We have all walked the docks and seen those boats with two feet of grass growing on the bottom...stop whining!

A boat is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it...but the seller only...
