Still having the same problem--always happens, the program hangs and I have to force quit it.

When I download and try the 3.1.915, I get an error message: failure to initialize user interface. So, the version will not open at all.

I should add that the waypoints were created in OpenCPN in Windows 7. I copied the waypoint file to my new MacBookAir with LionOS. It's on the Mac that the program hangs when trying to delete all...

I should add that I can delete one waypoint at a time, no problem. It's only when I try to delete all waypoints that it hangs.

Yes, it "hangs" rather than crashes. I've left it for 15 minutes to see if was just slow.

This is a new machine, MacBook Air, i5 intel, should be plenty fast.

About 150 waypoints.

The "Logfile" instructions are for Windows, which I don't have. I can't find an opencpn.log file.

Bug report?

When I try to delete all waypoints, the program crashes and I have to force quit and re-start the program.

I am using Version 3.0.2 Build 2012-07-07 on a Mac.
